Residents get to choose from three buildings—the Crossing, the Courtyard and the Commons—that all offer unique floor plans. Together, these communities create the HighPointe neighborhood, which is full of exclusive amenities that exceed the expectations of a typical apartment complex. All of our buildings are connected, so every resident can enjoy every community amenity, even in the wintertime.
The Crossing is the foundation of our HighPointe community. It’s the original first phase of our impressive development project, which transformed the old area into a beautiful neighborhood with 62 upscale apartments homes, while still preserving the location’s rich history.
The Crossing offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. It’s also connected to the other HighPointe buildings (the Commons and the Courtyard) and has access to all exclusive HighPointe neighborhood amenities.
HighPointe developer, Michael Bullinger, says the goal of HighPointe Apartment Homes is to provide “an environment that will enhance the…neighborhood, yet offer the convenience of apartment living.”
The Courtyard is the third and final phase of our development, connecting the Crossing and the Commons. Through the Courtyard, all residents can enjoy our community amenities without needing to exit the building.
The Courtyard makes HighPointe into more than just an apartment complex. It offers 30 apartment homes in unique floor plans of studio, two-, and three-bedroom options.
The Commons is the second phase of our HighPointe development. Through this phase, we’ve transformed the former Sacred Heart Academy (a 100 year old building that preserves Fargo’s rich history). Now, our residents can enjoy a contemporary lifestyle while still taking in the beauty and sophistication that comes from the original iconic architecture.
